“The doctor phoned me right on time and he was very thorough in asking questions about my symptoms and my history, including my allergies. This service is an absolute lifesaver! Unfortunately, in our area people wait years to be assigned to a primary care doctor. Our only options are to wait in the packed ER for hours (HOURS) or alternatively, we have one walk-in clinic that is so packed by opening that we have to get up and stand outside from 6am until they open at 8am! When you’re sick you shouldn’t be expected to stand in the cold in winter waiting to see if you or your children are sick enough to be seen by a clinician. This service will help tremendously and I’m very thankful for it.”

“I was able to get a next day appointment when checking the website. I took pictures of the affected area with my phone, and attached them easy as 1-2-3! The doctor's call came on time and he listened very well to my issues, no interrupting. Using the attached photos and my description of symptoms, he assessed me and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. 2 hours later, I picked up my prescription!”
